Re: Impromptu Games
Great game yesterday Miko, thank you for creating the scenario. It was nicely designed and at least from the French POV caused us a lot of worry. For me it was a tough game needing lots of difficult decisions at the right time, things were looking bad until Gudin's division arrived to save my right flank from collapse. The desperate charges by the Austrian Grenadiers against my right centre were really exciting. I was low on reserves with almost nothing holding the line by the time they were repulsed.
I enjoy the fighting withdrawal setting more than any other and would love to have to do a similar task in more battles.

Re: Impromptu Games
Nice job Miko on your first scenario.
I blame Phil aka Guidin for our loss, if he had been more like Kevin he would have stayed south pillaged, plundered and entertained the milk maids with his spoils. Instead he show up at the right time and puts a stop to the Austrian Advance.
Thanks Phil.
Anything today? Shall we try try the Brits removal of the Ruskies from their sovereign soil?

I try to set a good example. It's depressing to see people not following "best practices" when the proper path has already been shown.I blame Phil aka Guidin for our loss, if he had been more like Kevin he would have stayed south pillaged, plundered and entertained the milk maids with his spoils. I can play at the usual time, 20:00 BST, 15:00 EST.

Who has Quatres Bras? I have a co-op or p-v-p scenario set up for that map.

I've also thrown together a co-op vs AI game using one of the Pipe Creek maps.

Re: Impromptu Games
I can play... but you need to deliver a decent non-zero scenario. Brits vs Prussians maybe?

Re: Impromptu Games
I gotta gt with Kevin about the scenario generator and the funny attributes of last game all being at 5, I have remade the OOB and it still comes out with the Brits as 5's but i was able to get the CAV and the Artty to normal only the INF had 5's across the board.
I will make a scenario no problem there!

Re: Impromptu Games
If we can get 4 players we could do a little 2 v 2 game.
