Toggle vegetation = true not working Empty Toggle vegetation = true not working

The 'Toggle vegetation = true' doesnt seem to be working. Am i missing something? Has this feature ever worked?

It has been superseded by the Host Options menu in the staging room. There is a slider that sets whether the vegetation can be toggled.
