Reported on a FB group, someone asking if this can be dated.  To me the box looks rather modern (plywood).

I agree re the box Tim.  The set looks like a British one from late 19th or very early 20th C.  Missing lots of pieces though.

I remember we visited Wallington about 30 years ago.  Presumably there's a museum there now? If so, is it worth visiting? We go to Northumberland from time to time, and my brother in law is a volunteer there. Small world Wink
