Help Request-Artillery Behavior Empty Help Request-Artillery Behavior

Hello, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Recently my friend group has gotten into SOW: Gettysburg, but I have found the artillery to be...undesirable compared to how well done it is in the KS mod. I have been combing the csv files and for the life of me can't figure out how the changes were made, specifically preventing artillery from wheeling 'like tank turrets' as the KS manual says, and the reluctance to fire with friendlies just in front of the guns or too close to the target unit. If anyone could point me to how I might replicate this for Gettysburg I would be extremely grateful.

Hi and welcome to the forum. The short answer is, there is nothing you can do to fix those and many other problems in SOWGB. The changes that are needed require access to the computer code. That is only available for SOWWL.

Thank you very much for your quick response. That is unfortunate about GB, but at least I know now I can quit straining my brain to try and find solutions! It might push me to try convincing the others to make the switch to the Napoleonic era instead as the artillery is a bit comical in GB. Thanks again for the help!
