Hi all,
I don't know if it already exists such an OOB editor so i put mine for download.
I built it in 2016 and i give it recent improvements to make a division filter in order to use it for Campaign on the Danube.
I discovered that KS Mod has everything we need to use CoD as the strategical engine and Sow As the tactical one.
Maybe it can be interesting for someone else.
