Re: Impromptu Games
Someone else making the scenario is always a treat for me. Perhaps one person could make a PvAI and another PvP in case six or more show up.

Re: Impromptu Games
Scenario done. It is somewhat like the game we did yesterday with us playing 1806 Prussians defending a critical position against an enemy of unknown size, quality and intent.
Reservekorps: General der Kavallerie Graf von Kalckreuth (21235 Inf. 1900 Cav. 22 Guns))
1. Division: Generalmajor Hans Christoph von Natzmer (9260 Inf. 700 Cav. 8 Guns)
1. Brigade: Oberst Johann von Lützow (4630 Inf. 6 battalions Avg. Exp. 4.3)
2. Brigade: Oberst Prinz Heinrich (4630 Inf. 6 battalions Avg. Exp. 5.5)
Krafft Dragonerregiment: Oberst von Erichsen (700 Cav. 1 regiment Avg.Exp. 4.0)
7. Schwere Batterie: Hauptmann Glasenapp (8 Guns Avg. Exp. 5.0)
2. Division: Generalleutnant Christian Ludwig von Winning (5222 Inf. 600 Cav. 8 Guns)
1. Brigade: Oberst von Frankenberg (2870 Inf. 5 battalions Avg. Exp. 4.6)
3. Brigade: Oberst von Kauffberg (2352 Inf. 3 battalions Avg. Exp. 5.3)
Prinz Albrecht Dragonerregiment: Generalleutenant von Polenz (600 Cav. 1 regiment Avg.Exp. 6.0)
17. Reitende Batterie: Hauptmann von Wegener (8 Guns Avg. Exp. 4.0)
3. Division: Generalleutnant Prinz Louis Ferdinand von Preußen (6753 Inf. 600 Cav. 6 Guns)
2. Brigade: Generalmajor Karl Wilhelm von Sanitz (2567 Inf. 4 battalions Avg. Exp. 5.7)
1. Brigade: Generalmajor Johann von Müffling (4186 Inf. 6 battalions Avg. Exp. 4.8 )
von Schimmelpfennig Husarenregiment: Generalmajor Christian von Schimmelpfennig (600 Cav. 1 regiment Avg.Exp. 4.0)
3. Fußbatterie: Hauptmann Riemann (6 Guns Avg. Exp. 4.0)
1806. With the terrible news of the twin defeats at Jena and Auerstadt all is in confusion and the high command is in despair. We have received no orders but our reserve corps is placed near the city of Klimovitchi where several paved roads meet. This vital road junction must be held at all costs so the enemy cannot use these routes to advance further into Prussia! Stand men! Stand and die!
Our cavalry is mainly dragoons and not skilled at reconnaissance. The French would seem to have a plentiful supply of light cavalry and our patrols cannot penetrate their screens. We have got rumours of enemy from as far south as Kriczew to Rai and the Orsha Schosse to the extreme north, in a position that turns our right. Our officers are perplexed by these reports. The enemy cannot be everywhere... can he?

Re: Impromptu Games
That is a Gburg map. I don't think many of the new players have that game.

Re: Impromptu Games
PvP Aus v Fr
The French need butter for their snails, the Emperor has heard that the best butter in the area is being guarded by Austrian's in Reichhafe. The Fr need to remove all Austrian forces there or they will blow up the butter buttery in 3 hours leaving the butter craving Napoleonites butter less.

Re: Impromptu Games
Is there a game today? In case there is, I have knocked up a rather unusual co-op scenario but if we get enough for PvP I would prefer that.

Are we saving the buttery today or do I need to create something?

Re: Impromptu Games
Good. There will likely be a number of milkmaids in the region which will require saving. I'm liable to be rather busy today.
