Okay Mike, thanks for letting us know.

Lets see who else can play. Who is up for the game on Saturday?

Provided we have a relatively timely start I should be able to make Saturday evening; but if we're still trying to set everyone up by 20:15 I'm afraid I'll have to bow out before the start in order to avoid leaving partway through.

Not something we can avoid I know, just giving fair warning in case I am forced to leave.

As we have so little interest I'll defer this for another week. The battle is a rather one-sided one, so if we don't have enough players next week I'll calculate a result on paper and move us on to the main chunk of turn 3.

I would be available to play this game during the week, UK evening time but I think that would be while most US players are at work or in an educational instiutution! The offer is open though.

We're well into September now so I'm hoping most people are back from vacations and if at academic study, have settled into their new year. I'd like to try again to have this battle fought and the date is next Saturday at 19:30 UK time, or if more can make it, next Sunday at the same time. Can I have a show of hands please?

We need 10 players for this so there's no chance we can get that many tonight. I haven't heard from a lot of players in the campaign for weeks and weeks. Everyone involved should post here to say they can or can't make a battle when a date's proposed but many don't. I will do another e-mail shot to both sides to try and get responses but for now we should consider tonights game cancelled (again).

NP Martin. To be honest, I'm a bit knackered after finishing night shifts but will be available to play tomorrow night, if you are interested?

I really thought I would have the portrait mod finished by this weekend but I decided to try and fill some of the larger gaps in the OOB's first. 100+ more generals added and a further stage of blending completed on the rest and I am back on track.

Hopefully, numbers will improve now that campaigning season is starting.
