Two copies of Farrand Sayre's Map Maneuvers available on Google Books, the 1908 and 1911 editions. Another American KS, lots of interesting history of KS in the intro.

go to http and right click on the pdf and download
if you try to just open it sometimes freezes in opening
this way will download for reading later
