Sandbox match objective settings Empty Sandbox match objective settings

I'm breaking in a new officer who will hopefully be joining us soon and I was trying to set up a simple low-stakes scenario for us to play around in to get his feet wet. My problem is I keep utterly failing to set up the objectives in a way that doesn't prematurely end the game through that objective-point system. How would I set up, if its possible, the objectives and the points so that its like how we play where the objective govern the enemy AI's decisions but don't actually count for anything and don't end the battle prematurely?

I assume you are talking about the game's sandbox scenario generation. In that case set the score limit to max and the point value to 0.

If you use the SG, you'd have control over the size and composition of your forces and the placement of the objectives and divisions.

Yeah the scenario generator would probably be the best tool for the job, I was just looking for the minimal amount of effort way to do it having not had anything prepared at the moment. Thanks!
