I applied the graphics card settings proposed by Garnier and I must say it really looks sharper and nicer:

Thanks for this Stefan and I would like to try it. Not sure how to make the adjustments though. My graphics card is a Radeon, and I cannot seem to get to the equivalent of Garnier's page via Device Manager or Control Panel.
