Hi Guys would like give infos and opinions about this mod this one working with Waterloo only i guess ? but dont know where I can download it can you give me more infos ?

It was written for Waterloo, yes. The author abandoned it some time ago and it remained unfinished. It works but has more to be done on it. I do not know where you could download it from.
