I'd love to have a French command, but if there's already too many French players I'd be just fine with the Coalition.

Hello Cameron, great to have your interest here. I cannot recall... do you own Scourge of War - Waterloo and if so would you be interested in joining us for the online battles? If you do not and have no plans to buy it, that is fine, I just would like an idea of how many online players I might expect for the battles.

Yes, I can get you a posting to La Grande Armee. I'll enrol you in the French team so you can see their forum then you can pick a commander and get up to speed with the latest planning.

To any and all new members to the KS Forum - welcome! And if a command role in the 1813 campaign interests you, please say so here. We are always looking for more players.

There is a map-level Kriegspiel campaign played via forum private messages and on the forums at one level; and fighting the battles that result from the map moves using SoW-Waterloo with the KS Mod at another level. The map-level game requires a moderate amount of role-playing and we like players to keep in-character for their chosen general or prince. New faces are welcome in either and both levels of play.

It is currently Mid-may and after several bloody but limited battles the Russo-Prussian forces are on the back foot. The great victory he seeks still eludes Napoleon but his forces are poised near Leipzig and also threaten Berlin. Momentous events are likely to happen soon.
