1806 French-Prussian Battle Sat. May 9th 20:00BST

I didn't have time to make a real scenario, but I put together a quick battle we can play either as co-op or PvP if enough show up, (7).  This battle will take place on the Chancellorsville West map, so everyone will need that expansion pack.  There are updates for the KS Nappy mod, (1.715) and Supplemental Maps mod, (1.06), so please download those beforehand.


The French have advanced northeast to the region around the town of Naslau.  The civilian population along with light cavalry have kept the Prussian high command fully apprised of the situation.  The French V corps under command of Maréchal Lannes is comprised of 3 divisions totaling approximately 30,000 men.  Heavy cavalry has been reported to have accompanied this force.

Due to the aggressive behavior of the Prussian cavalry, the Prussian strength and location are not as clear.  However the French have been able to identify two distinct centers of enemy concentration.  A corps-size force located along the Neuhaus Strasse centered at the town of Austerlitz commanded by Generalleutnant von Württemberg and a large division at Kizizanau.  In all, the French cavalry commanders have estimated the size of the Prussian forces to be approximately 33,000 men.

mmm its mothers day so it is really 50/50 if I can attend, I'm taking both mothers to brunch and after last week's shenanigans I'm already on thin ice.........
