POLL - agreeing fixed times for future MP Scourge of War games
We have managed to run lots of games since we restarted our MP program in late autumn. It has always been the intention to eventually move to specific days and times. Doing so will eliminate the need for frequent emails and posts from me. More importantly, folks will know where they are, and can plan ahead and negotiate with partners etc for time-off .
What we would like to do is collect views from the largest possible number of you, so we can ensure the maximum numbers actually get to play. I have therefore created the following doodle. This choice is intended to represent a *generic* week (ie Monday to Sunday). Please ignore next week’s dates. Regrettably doodle will not let me remove them.

Can you please register your preferences for days of the week and times, even if you have no immediate intention of playing.
This is quite an important poll, as it is setting in place a regular schedule which should run for a while.
So please express your preferences, even if you have not used doodle before. It really is very easy to use. Just click on the link, input your name, and click on the various day and time slots as either: Yes, No or If need be. Then hit the Save button.
Just to stress. This is not committing you to a game on a specific day and time, but a way of ensuring that we agree a fixed schedule of games going forward. Also, saying you can play say both Saturday and Sunday, does not mean that you can play twice in a weekend, merely that you are available to play on either day.

PS there is nothing to prevent folks from running additional ad-hoc games, by the way. The more the better. If anyone is so-inclined, just post to the forum and set-up a doodle, so that players can register

10 responses so far, but as the list of potential players is around 50, it would be better to have more.
Even some regulars have not yet expressed their preferences .

We're up to 15 responses now. A big pat on the back to our Italian brigade, who have voted en-masse.
We've decided to give it another week before going pat on regular dates/times.
I do urge you to express your preferences if you've not already done so. You really will get to influence the game schedule that way.
