I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I seem to have a recurring problem with KSFrenchScenario 2 in single player; seem to be some kind of problem with formations... Here is the log file:

That last line tells us the problem. There is no formation named "DRIL_Lvl4_Inf_Double2Line". The fact its a LVL4 one means its a division or higher and if you open the scenario.csv file and look down column U, you will find 4 of them on rows 161, 192, 222 and 250. If you edit all these to read "DRIL_Lvl4_Inf_DoubleLine" that ought to work.

We are not actively testing the old (low numbered) scenarios. If the newer ones have any issues these will be picked up - but only if we play them. We don't tend to issue patches but release a whole updated version of the mod periodically as a result of our continued MP play sessions and running updates applied as we play. For example those of us regularly attending the MP games all now have a version of the mod above v1.28 because updated files get issued weekly and often several times a week. If any issues are encountered by users such as yourself and announced on the forum, all those fixes will get swept up and added to a new release. That might be some time away though, so I suggest you make local fixes to ensure your own copy works.
