Our next game is scheduled for Saturday. What shall we play ACW or Nappy?

Friday's Nappy game was well played. The French were tremendously outnumbered but made a great stand. The outcome did not become inevitable until the last 5 or 10 minutes. There was some very impressive generalship on the field. Hats off to the French players.

There were 8 of us, and we played a Napoleonic scenario with 2 teams of 4.  As this was our first regular game, I thought it was a good turn-out.

The outnumbered French initially went on the attack, but after a while were almost surrounded.  Austrian pressure was beginning to tell, and even the arrival of a reinforcement division from the rear failed to turn the tide.  An Austrian victory!
