Game Saturday Nov 2nd at 19:30BST
As it doesn't look like there will be enough players for Neal's scenario Saturday, I'll be available for an impromptu ACW or Nappy battle at the usual time, 20:30CET, 19:30BST, 15:30EST, 14:30CST, 13:30MST and 12:30PST.

I've been playing alot with the GCM crew around 1430 PST most days. A few of them have a hankering for a HITS, FOW battle and have advertised your kind offer Uncle Billy, on Garniers Forums.

We're back on GMT now in Britain, so we're an hour earlier... I'm not sure what time that means though!

Here in the states, the clocks don't change until Sunday. So you Brits are 6 instead of the usual 7 hours ahead of Colorado. I think I did the conversions properly. We can always start an hour later if that is preferable.Digby wrote:We're back on GMT now in Britain, so we're an hour earlier... I'm not sure what time that means though!
GCMers have played this type of game in the past and are always welcome.Calpurnius wrote:I've been playing alot with the GCM crew around 1430 PST most days. A few of them have a hankering for a HITS, FOW battle and have advertised your kind offer Uncle Billy, on Garniers Forums.

I should make this one.
I'll have to stock up on aspirin though as it's been a while since I super-glued my ass to the saddle.

A horse with a gentle gait is what you need.

Re: Game Saturday Nov 2nd at 19:30BST
I will be playing tonight
I'm ok playing either ACW or Nap.
It would be possible to test out some Nap portraits if the current KS mod is used. I have several hours today but would need to know the oob a few hours in advance. Tha waterloo oob gives the most div and brigade commanders (at least for the Allies) but the armies are less balanced. The Armies of Italy 1809 is pretty much done already.
I'll leave it with you guys. No biggy, either way.
Mike

I'm happy with either. I did create a couple of ACW scenarios, assuming we will have one or two new players joining. It's a much more sedate battle compared to nappy fights. I've got one for co-op 3-5 players and another for PvsP 6-16 players. If we have no new players and people want to switch to a nappy fight, we can do that too. Although it will be the usual meeting engagement as I have nothing pre-made. I did check out your portraits last night. They look really good in the game. They give the units a more 'human touch.'

Rub a little whiskey on Julius' gums and it's nighty night. Don't tell the wife.

I agree, ACW would be a better choice for newbies. A scenario sounds good.
Lets hope we get a few fellas playing tonight.
Thanks for your comments Kevin. I was hoping to get a KS Nap+Portraits mod together today for a quick test but tripped at the last hurdle, the unitglobals. Maybe next time.
