Campaign Update 3/14
Greetings all,
The campaign is finally underway with the OOBs and dispositions and such now handed over to the side commanders.
All that's left is to move the troops and fight. The fun part, in other words.
At this time, both side commanders have requested help from subordinates. I have placed this responsibility on their shoulders because I feel unusually lazy just now. Anyone who joins one side or the other as a divisional commander, will be locked to that side.
I am willing to permit as many as two individuals per side to play as subordinate commanders.
The rest will continue to be floaters. I have no problem with side commanders taking a subordinate role if their avatar isn't engaged.
I wish we could keep them in the dark, but we don't have enough players to ensure full KS-style fog of war, at least not given the size of the corps we are playing with and their dispositions. I'm open to discussion on this point.
I am not sure when the next battle will be, but I imagine sometime in the next 3-4 weeks is pretty reasonable. I'll keep you posted and try to work around other calendered scenarios such as the GCM/HITS campaign. I need to get in to play another one of those battles. That depends on if the Little Father General will allow me to participate!

A spoon, silver of course, with a little whiskey on it will calm him down and put him right to sleep. It should give you plenty of time to play Err, you might not want to tell mom about it though.
