October game

Dear all

The October face to face game game will be a good old detachments game with very little interference from the undead ( unless I am suffering froma particularly bad hangover!).

Thanks to all those who have responded to the doodle poll.

Martin, do you have a sense yet of which dates fit with Paulette? Once confirmed we can go firm and ensure everyone knows whats happening.

Yes Steve. We were about to lose all the October dates, so I went for Sunday 14th October, which was the joint leader on doodle. Hope that's ok

I thoroughly enjoyed helping the umpire team last time and would be willing to do the same again for the October game.

A volunteer? Never heard such a thing before! Watch that man sergeant.........something slightly dodgy about him.

Group Kriegspiels are what this community is all about - the Gettysburg MP games are a minor sideline.

OK so my last post was eaten...

And I have seen that old age is catching up with some people and this thread was posted in wrong place so my OCD kicked in and I have moved it!!!

Someone write a reprise of the two planned games and I can get the front page modified to mention all three games.

Traditionally I have only had the next game on the front page but you rabble rouser's want change so change you shall have....

Just need a small bit of detail to lure the unsuspecting into the games....

Shall do it at weekend or sooner if I get details posted here....
