Does anyone want to play Kriegsspiel online?
As some of you may know, I have been wanting to play 'free' Kriegsspiel games online for some time, to save long journies and to get games more often. Now seems like a good time to try it out.
I reckon that it can be done quite simply, via email and a journal of sorts for event management purposes. I am willing to be the umpire initially but I am hoping that someone can supply a suitable scenario for me. It should be quite simple, please.
Games could be done real-time as usual but I am sure that they could be spread out over days, if necessary. Much like Play By Email (PBEM) I suppose but I haven't actually done that myself.
N.B.: we would also need lists of people in reserve, willing to take on a rôle at short notice, particularly for longer campaigns.
Is anyone interested? Please let me know your thoughts. I am not quite ready myself yet but I should be soon.

Hi Richard did you have any luck starting a game online?
I am a bit of a rookie but would love to give it a go if you are still looking for players.

Not yet, sorry. I struggle to work on my own and this period of extreme isolation has been very difficult for me. I have however discovered Discord, which looks very promising.
I will post updates here if and when I finally get something up and running. From a technical point of view, it should be quite doable. I just need to kick myself up the arse somehow.
