New Team Speak Server

With the recent problems that we have been having with TeamSpeak I was wondering if I should purchase one that we can have more control over.

Someone(s) to Admin and to set it up to do a daily restart or to contact the server hosting company when problems arise.

Not asking to do this to step on anyone's toes but I am guessing that the owner of the present TS owner in not active with KS for what ever reason.

Your thoughts?

Good idea. Our present TS server seems to be 2 tin cans joined by string. This is no reflection on Ike's great generosity of paying for it but I think TS is giving him a very poor deal with the problems we've had with it since - oh, when? - beginning of the year?

I went and got one anyways if you want to use I can post the info, it will be a dedicated one for KS and I can assign others to be admins too then we will have more then one person who can administer it.

If no one wants to use it I can close it. Only cost $5 for 15 people and I can add more if needed.

I just got on and it works. Mike doesn't sound like he's talking through a tin can anymore.

Six of us used the new server last night. Considerably better than the old one. Ike - if you're reading this, complain to TS, or stop paying for the existing one and get a new one!

You are all very welcome.  Glad I was able to help, but was unaware that the TS server wasn't working properly.  Well, I'll cancel that one, then.  Thank you for taking over, Mike.  I'm in the process of selling my house, buying wedding rings, and moving into my fiancée's apartment with my cat.  As you can see, there have been a number of changes since last I posted here.  Once I have my new computer connection up and working, I'll be working on honeymoon trip, settling in with the third Mrs. Willis - who is a delightful 58-year old American woman, brunet if it matters - and we'll be house-hunting as well ... so, probably not this year, but perhaps after I return from my 70th birthday cruise at the end of January, if we have a house by then.  I do miss you gents, the game play, the comradely banter, the campaign frustrations ... but - alas! - this is "...the face that launched a thousand ships and burned the topless towers of Illium",    so I'll be on the sidelines for a bit longer.
