Its hard work being Napoloen.
Orders are finally finished. Just need to type them up and get them to Martin. Sigh.... this was an all-day affair.

Don't you have a pressing affair in Austria coming up soon? Berthier isn't much of a field commander you know.

That's an impressive map hiding under your documents. What size did you end up printing it?

Work accompanied by red wine is not that hard.

My "big board" is roughly poster board size.

I've sent you an e-mail offering to do some Berthier-type things for you to save you writing out everything in long flowery language.

Re: Its hard work being Napoloen.
I've had two inquiries recently as to where I got my map. The answer is that I made it of course! There is poster making software for free to download (unfortunately I can't remember which one I used). I made my map three by five and then it printed out pages to which I painstakingly assembled. About a month after these images were taken I got my map laminated and bought a set of erasable markers (due to unforeseen road discoveries......). Now, each nationality is represented by a different color and each shade of that color represents the nearness or distance of the last reliable intelligence report concerning that formation. So I can just glance at a shade to know how accurate my intelligence is as to the size and strength and even commander of that formation.
Wew.
If you want something like that, get to work!!!! I am not allowed to share!

MS 'Paint' will print posters out in segments. Its reasonably intuitive to use, play around with it to find out how many segments are ideal for that particular image, but you do need to adjust the image borders etc in the settings before printing.
