The Lost Division - Update 6/19/14
-The campaign forum is built, but I still need to populate the sides with your names, granting permissions as appropriate.
-I had a great session with Stefan (Leffe7) this afternoon. Stefan very kindly stayed up very late to meet with me after I got off work to give me a full tutorial on his OOB editor and scenario generator tool. It is a masterpiece and it works beautifully. It is simple to use and it will allow me to do all the work myself, which leaves all of you to enjoy the campaign without hassle or worry.
-I have started work on the OOB. I sketched it out on paper, then started building it from scratch. I am partway through the Union OOB, and will finish that tomorrow. I will complete the Confederate OOB over the weekend. Building an OOB is actually pretty easy, it's just busywork at this point because I'm balancing numbers, stats and such. Each unit is being lovingly hand crafted by yours truly. I sure hope it works!
-I am putting Monday or Tuesday as the "soft start" date for the campaign. That gives me enough time complete the OOB, write up the initial side briefings and orders for the commanders, and solicit the first orders. I believe we are on track for our first battle on Saturday, June 28.
-I will post a "Doodle" to get signups for that first battle. Probably before Monday. Make sure you follow that link when it goes up and indicate if you will be able to participate. That will tell me in advance how big to make the battle. I will close the Doodle by Friday early AM, and get the scenario to whomever will host the game.
-I will let you know which map we will use beforehand. The official map selection is:
-Gettysburg stock maps
-Pipe Creek
-Garnier's map pack 2
-I will post another update no later than Saturday PM my time (PST).
-If you have questions, post them here, or send me a PM. I won't be on TS Saturday PM, but I cam make myself available by appointment.
-Neal

I think your admin permissions should be working now, Neal. But let me know if not.
