The city of Hue has fallen quiet today as forces prepare for further fighting.

There has been some action around the race course and the USMC have taken reporters to show captured enemy and their success at re taking this defended position. The USMC commander is confident that the old city will be retaken soon and he will soon have the forces necessary to remove the enemy from the city.

Meanwhile the rest of Vietnam sees NVA forces being pushed back and destroyed by concerted American and ARVN attacks.
