Game Sunday Feb 17th, 2100 GMT

I can play a game on Sunday. It can be earlier if our European friends would like. If everyone is willing, perhaps we can play using the KS Couriers&Maps mod. It hasn't changed in some time. It is still version 1.5001.

I should be able to make this one - I'm assuming it's 2000 GMT unless someone says otherwise in the next 8.5 hours or so before I head bedwards.

Will download the latest Couriers & Maps and any other mods I need at that point - anything else I need to keep an eye for?

I think I crossed the river... 6 or 7 times as the Rebels came from everywhere.

Just when we thought we had a handle on the situation, another column of greycoats would come into view behind our flank - Major Victory though, which I had almost nothing to do with

I definitely have to get a couple more 1-players under my belt, to get my eye back in.

Not sure if you saw my message on TS last night but I was on my laptop and without mic.

Couldnt make the game cos my games room was being decorated and thats also where I keep the modem, which was unplugged most of the day.

Just didnt want anyone to think I was rude when I briefly entered TS and then left without seeming to respond to your greetings.

I am on holiday this week so can make a game on a weekday/evening, if anyone is interested?

I should be able to make most mornings this week, with notice - I just have to wake up a little earlier, so it's not the 4am insanity of my other SoW group ^^

Should be doable - I'll push on with my new GCM single-player campaign in the meantime to get my unit handling up to scratch.

Note to self: Six hours of SoW a day can be a little excessive...

Chaos it was, but sir, we whipped those Rebs, in good style.

Sir, your brigade was key in protecting our rear from Lane's brigade, and encouraging 2d division to move from their frozen position there. Your boys also racked up a healthy score.

I greatly enjoyed the game, thank you both. Khryses - if you can, a GCM/HITS game would do you the world of good. To start off, you can just take a brigade if you wish, and then move up to division command. It really is splendid fun, especially with 20 players!

Re GCM/HITS I can recommend it. I'll let others who know more guide you on that.

Oh I've done those - I do *have* two GCM divisions (Usa, Csa) - and I've played a GCM multi game before. Just wasn't sure how to get a HITS game, or are they all that there now?

I think, if you read all of this, and follow all the instructions (including disabling the Couriers and Maps mod, but keeping Kevins Couriers only mod turned on), you're ready to go! I'm sure Palmer will be posting for the next game soon, which will show you where to sign up.

Actually, we're just about to put the house on the market and thought black and bright red walls would not be a good selling feature.

Grog will be commandeering a suitable room in our future holding, painting camo and bringing the posters out of storage.

I best then have the 'snip' whilst there's still time, otherwise, its not just dollies and frilly cushions she'd want to fill it with.
