Vol de l'aigle-3 free copy?

New to KS wargaming, can anyone provide a link to a ruleset for Vol de l'aigle and umpiring?

There are a couple of 1809 Bavarian campaign games about to start:

As far as I can see the game appears to be fully translated into English, mercifully since my French remains abysmal despite some brushing up a few years back.

A chap called Mind has just started a PBEM campaign set in Bavaria 1809, being organised on BG Geek HERE; it looks like I just missed the allocation of roles, but have emailed him just in case. Its apparently being run as a normal umpired KS, ie. no knowledge of rules necessary.
