As the title says, I am noticing that French units will play "The British Grenadiers" while marching. Is there an easy fix for this issue?

Music is related to the sprites so you'd need to advise which units they are. If some British sprites have been used to represent foreign troops unfortunately that cannot be fixed without adding new sprites/units to unitglobal.csv and editing the OOBs that use them. We can do that though. For example the 95th rifles sprites get used to represent a few nations light infantry.
