Hello everyone, I want to introduce myself.

My real name is Maximillian and Im from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

About a week ago I bought Scourge of War: Waterloo via Steam and Im in love with this game.

Used to play total war for a long time but I felt the game was to "arcade", I went to Ultimate General Civil War and I actually enjoy the game but i was looking for something in the Napoleonic Era and maybe more realistic. After some research I found about the Scourge of War series and decided to buy the Waterloo Complete Version on steam probably the best money spending i ever did. And found about the ks mod after reading a guide about it on steam and now im here.

Sorry if my english is a bit rusty.

My best regards to all

Welcome to the forum. Download the mod and feel free to ask questions about it. The KS version of the game is very different from the stock version. After you have some experience with the KS toolbar, join us for a multiplayer game. We usually play against the computer AI and are frequently beaten by it. It is the quickest way to learn what tactics work and which don't. Our game times are always listed in the Impromptu Games thread.

Welcome to the forum Max. Can I call you Max? I hope you can join us soon for an MP game. You will need to download and install Discord which we use for voice comms during game set-up. In game we communicate only by courier messages and try to stay in th echain of command. We only talk in game if a technical issue comes up.

Thanks Uncle Billy. I already have downloaded the mod and Im currently playing some of the User Scenarios from the mod. And I also watch a youtube channel named DarkRob316 to learn more about the mod and the game, and will read the manual. Unfortunately for me I am slow learner but will persevere and I would definitely enjoy playing multiplayer with all of you.

Sure Mr. Digby you can call me Max no problem in fact thats the way everyone I ever knew call me. I will install discord and as soon I consider myself not a complete liability to the army I would like to join a multiplayer game.

Best regards to all

Don't worry about being a complete liability. This is what everyone says. We have some C-in-C of several years experience and your phrase could describe them perfectly!

Just jump in an MP game and take a small infantry brigade and learn the ropes that way. It really is the quickest way to get comfortable. 9 out of 10 of our hgames are player teams vs the AI so don't worry about another player pummelling you. We are generally not at all competitive as well.

I was not referring to you Good Sir! The fact you thought I was says much!

I am sure you can get satisfaction from the next AI army you face on the virtual field.
