No, it doesn't, just the single (broken) unitglobal.
Deleting the QB logistics folder doesn't stop the QB DLC from functioning fully. The Logistics folder should not be in there and an NSD staff member has confirmed to me that it was removed by him before the DLC was sent to Matrix, so it seems Matrix have (once again) messed up an NSD release by issuing the wrong version.
They did this with the Antietam pack for GB and that was never fixed either. We had to fix that ourselves.
I can almost guarantee this will never be fixed.
The only problem that might arise is if someone wanted to use the KS Mod to play a standard Quatre Bras scenario
