Technical question
Not sure if this is a KS issue or not.
We started screwing around with Army Level games just for the hell of it and I noticed that all officers begin with Take Charge From AI in effect. Given the tendency of units to start wandering around on their own I was wondering if there was a way to implement that on other sized scenarios. I looked at the 'options' screens and didn't see anything obvious and also the sow:wl.ini file again with no obvious mechanism.
Can this be done with a corps sized game?

Re: Technical question
I think this is hard-coded. IIRC NSD took some flak from users about how hard it was to play army level games because many players endured a monster click-fest at the start trying to stop the AI doing its thing, so I think (not 100% sure) they switched off the AI for army level scenarios. I think corps and below the AI is enabled at the start.
In case I am wrong you might also ask this on the NSD forum where a dev can answer.
Even if we could enable this feature I do not think the KS team would want to as many of the MP games we play rely on the AI being active.

Re: Technical question
Thanks, again. I've been to NSD's forums. I'll see what they have to say.
