Can anyone pull the high res version of this off? Or find an alternative source?

Hi FG,
Here's the map file (linked to my Dropbox folder). This image, pulled from Google Books, is probably the best that can be obtained short of purchasing a hardcopy of Labberton's vintage book and doing our own hi-res scan. I've straightened and sharpened it some. The image is about 5.25" x 7" at 240 psi, so the resolution is fairly good.
Let me know if you have a specific size or resolution requirement, or need anything else done to the image. I have most of the Adobe tools, so it's pretty easy.
