Thursday 8th March Gettysburg MP game

Post  Martin on Thu Mar 08, 2012 2:18 pm

Am planning to join the regular game later today. Really looking forward to this as it will my first MP game since the new 'miracle' patch.

Apart from that patch, is there any change I need to make to my game configuration in advance please?

Someone (Digby?) suggested that we go for at least a 2 hour game. I would certainly be up for that.

7:30pm I assume you mean?

I think we should all try Kevin's CouriersAndMaps mod. It seems we must all have it for it to work and I gave a link to it in my Maps post last night.

I need to practice running my units so my couriers don't get lost on roads like they did last time I played. I suppose I need to keep my general within 600 yds of them. That will take some practice Wink

Thanks Diggers. I'll download Kevin's mod.

I've downloaded it again - wasn't sure my version was the latest.

I may be able to play this evening. Not sure.

On your suggestions, Martin, I'd love to play weekend games sometimes, and possibly games from 4 till 6 GMT, some week-day afternoons.
