I finally managed to get the scenario editor to work, saved a user game, but it crashes after 10 mins on the lowest resolution. is the anyone who could enlighten me?

You'll need to upload the SOWWL.log file. It may offer some clue. You can find it in the Documents\SOWWL folder.

You are not using the KS mod but playing the stock game. Regardless, there are 3 OOB errors int the scenario.csv file as can be seen in the log file. You'll need to fix those for your scenario to work properly.
