I don't have a problem with morning start times on weekends. I just make a little extra coffee to dip my crumpet in during the battle. If it's too hot, she lets out a howl. Very Happy

Saturday mornings are pretty difficult for me. However, Sunday mornings are perfect. Remember, I'm on Pacific time, so it's afternoon for those of you across the pond.

I'd enjoy regular Sunday am games. The FG prefers to fight on the Sabbath day anyway. That's why he argues with Jackson, who prefers to keep it as a day of rest.

Never heard of Faggots, sounds rather disgusting. It looks like meatballs however, and I like them very much when done myself. Worst meatballs are to be found in Ikea stores. My wife and me call those "kackböller".

Have updated the first post in the thread for the latest doodles, and will try and keep that post up to date at least until we settle on regular days and time(s).

Looks like we will have a good turn-out for the weekday game (with Friday currently looking favourite), but are looking a bit short on numbers for this coming weekend's game. The reverse of expectations Shocked

The weekday game will be this coming Friday at 19.30 (UK time), as this is clearly the favourite.

This weekend's game may be on Sunday at 19.30 (UK time), but we are short of numbers at the moment, so please get doodling.

At the moment we have 6 signed-up, so could have 2 teams of 3, and play Kevin's ACW scenario on the Salem Church map.?

I also have a 3v3 scenario for the Prairie Grove map. It will require everyone to have that mod. The link is: Prairie Grove Mod
It needs to be placed ABOVE the Courier&Maps mod in the Mods screen.

I would be happy with either, Billy. Why don't we see who turns up (I'm aware of a couple of other possibles), and you can make the call based on your knowledge of the 2 scenarios.

Hope you can make it, Mike. Friday's game will be interesting. The Salem Church map offers many interesting tactical situations. I've stalemated against the AI playing both sides, even with full knowledge of what to expect. It's rather good in these situations. We'll see if Martin and Neal are up to that level of command. Ah, you mean the Japanese 1942 model where the men are brainwashed to dash themselves against the enemy and the 1943 Soviet model where if they don't the political officers behind shoot them. Its a tough choice to know which will bring out the best in your boys Wink
