Great Reference Material
http://www.napoleon-series.org/
^ Great source for everything napoleonic.
Whether it would be Tactics and Strategy, Artillery Ordnance, Naval Ordnance, OOB's, Nation's Role and History, Battle Reports or History or anything you need. It doesn't have all the great OOB's that Nafziger does but it does have an enormous amount of reference material.
Right now I am reading up on Russia and Mobility.

Agreed. This is the best Napoleonic resource on the net. Some very academic articles are presented there. I have drawn heavily on this website for my Peninsular campaign.

Ah! I was mistaken! I didn't give that link. I thought I had. I know I use it often, but never mind.

Tactics
While searching for information on the standard march column (3 or 4 abreast - 3 seems to be correct, unlike the game), I came across this site with a relatively simple treatise on tactics. Don't know if all have seen it so thought I would post it.
