Thanks Martin
If thats the only way, then maybe.
Would they zip up to a manageable size for dropbox?
Perhaps monthly instalments free with each issue of Total Peninsular Campaign Magazine

They're avi files. They don't compress.

Ah, shame.
Maybe best give it a miss for now. Funds are getting tight here too, at present.
There'll be plenty of other good games, I'm sure. I will also turn my FRAPPS on more often. I was concerned that it was contributing to some of my crashes lately but I have identified it now as a loose connection in my PC.
Cheers
Mike

I tested it on one file and it did compress from 4Gigs to 3. It took 20 minutes to compress and I'm uploading it to Dropbox now which says it'll take an hour.
So it looks like Dropbox could be a practical answer, but I doubt I can keep them stored on there very long.
I'll link you when it's done and you can take a look. If the quality is usable let me know and I'll get on with uploading the other files. The whole 3 hours of video makes an interesting watch!
EDIT: Mike, here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/lpkbo3lcasm5uwz/Emmenhagen%201%20of%209.rar?dl=0
My Dropbox is full so I'll have to remove this within 24h.

I have downloaded and converted it to a MP4 214Mb. file, I am not an expert but it says high quality and big size, here is the link:

Re: Napoleonic HITS game Jan 31-Feb 1
What someone needs to is download all 9 parts as avi files, assemble them together in Win Media Maker or something equivalent and then trim out the unwanted bits. I have done this with the SoW campaign battle movies I've uploaded to my YT account, but then my PC stopped agreeing to play nice and wouldn't convert any more to MP4...
What I need to do is get all 9 x 4Gig files to someone for them to assemble into a movie.
P.S. I have quite a lot of these such projects stored on my 4TB back up disk
